Just spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to set up my daughters Microsoft account so that she could play with friends on Minecraft. I couldn’t manage her settings properly through my Microsoft account, even though we are set up as a family. I had to create an Xbox gamertag before I could see all of the options. Such a convoluted mess with things spread across so many different accounts and not obvious or clear at all on what you’re supposed to do.
